These Terms of Engagement govern the relationship between Stirling Introductions and the engaged Partner.
1. Scope of Services
Stirling Introductions agrees to provide high-net-worth lead generation. "Introduction" is defined as a confirmed meeting.
2. Exclusivity
We offer 100% exclusivity on leads. A prospect introduced to one Partner is never introduced to a competitor within a 6-month window.
3. Fee Structure
Our engagement model typically operates on a hybrid basis: retainer plus success fee.
